Why Bartley Corrigan

The owner on your roof. Start to finish.

When you call, you get Bart. He walks the roof, finds the real problem, writes the price down, and stays with the job until you sign off on it. Old school quality and service, the way his family has always done it.

Family owned since 1997

Nearly three decades on Coachella Valley roofs, and the same standards on every one.

The owner on every job

You talk to Bart from the first call to the final walk-through. No sales layer in between.

We find the real leak

We trace water to its actual source and photograph it, instead of caulking the stain.

Built for desert heat

How it works

Four steps from leaking to sealed.

  1. 01

    Free roof inspection

Bart walks the roof with you, finds what is actually failing, and photographs it so you can see it too.

  2. 02

    Written, itemized price

System, underlayment, flashing, prep, and warranty, all in writing. The number you sign is the number you pay.

  3. 03

    Prep, then the roof

Tear-off, deck repairs, flashings, and seams done right before a single coat or tile goes down.

  4. 04

    Walkthrough & sign-off

We walk the finished roof together and clean up completely. You pay when you are happy with it.

It depends on what is underneath. If the underlayment is mostly sound and the failure is localized, a repair is the right call. If it is cracked across the field, you are past patching. We photograph what we find and tell you straight, and we will not sell you a bigger job than the roof needs.

We're based in Palm Springs and roof homes in all 21 valley communities: Bermuda Dunes, Cabazon, Carver Tract, Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Garnet, Indian Wells, Indio, Indio Hills, La Quinta, Mecca, North Palm Springs, Oasis, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Sky Valley, Thermal, Thousand Palms, Vista Santa Rosa.
Payment terms are spelled out in writing inside your proposal before any work begins. The terms depend on the size and scope of the project.
Yes. Every project carries a written warranty. The specific terms depend on the system and the surface and are spelled out in your proposal before any work starts.
It depends on the scope: a leak repair or coating job typically finishes in a few working days, while a full tile lift-and-relay or multi-section re-roof runs longer. The estimated timeline is written into your proposal.
