Roof leaks rarely come from where the stain is on your ceiling. We climb the roof, trace the leak to its source, and repair the underlayment, flashing, or tile that's actually causing the problem. Honest diagnosis and a real fix, not a tube of caulk and a prayer.

How we diagnose

Most leaks start uphill from where they show up inside. We trace the path of water, pull tile or roofing back where we have to, and find the actual failure point, usually a dried-out underlayment or a flashing that wasn't installed right. We photograph what we find, walk you through it, and write the fix into the proposal.

When to repair vs replace

If the underlayment is mostly intact and the failure is localized, repair is the right call. If we lift a few tiles and find the felt is cracked across the field, you're past the point of patching. We'll tell you straight, and back the recommendation with photos.
