Yes. Bartley Corrigan Contractor is a licensed California contractor, CSLB License #743322. We can share a copy of the license on request.
Ten exterior and interior services under one license: roof replacement, roof repair, roof coatings, exterior painting, interior painting, stucco repair, stucco painting, wood repair, carpentry, and waterproofing.
Palm Springs is our home base. We work across the Coachella Valley: Bermuda Dunes, Cabazon, Carver Tract, Cathedral City, Coachella, Desert Hot Springs, Garnet, Indio, Indio Hills, Indian Wells, La Quinta, Mecca, North Palm Springs, Oasis, Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Sky Valley, Thermal, Thousand Palms, and Vista Santa Rosa.
Estimates are free. We come walk the property with you and write up a proposal with the work, materials, and price, no obligation.
Payment terms are spelled out in writing inside your proposal before any work begins. The terms depend on the size and scope of the project.
Yes. Every project carries a written warranty. The specific terms depend on the system and the surface and are spelled out in your proposal before any work starts.
It depends on the scope: a single-service paint job typically finishes in a few working days, while a full roof replacement or multi-service exterior project runs longer. The estimated timeline is written into your proposal.
Yes. We can talk through colors that suit your home and the desert sun, and put test samples on the wall before you commit.
Comprehensive. We mask and cover landscaping, walkways, vehicles, windows, and doors. We patch stucco, repair wood, scrape, sand, caulk, and prime as needed before any topcoat goes on. You're welcome to inspect the prep before painting starts.
On site. We mix small test patches and dial in the texture before patching the wall, so the repair blends into the original finish.
Both, depending on the roof. Tile, metal, and shingle roofs can be painted with the right specialty primer and topcoat. Flat and low-slope roofs are often better candidates for a reflective elastomeric coating.
Yes. Tile, asphalt shingle, and flat-roof systems. Tear-off, deck inspection, new underlayment and flashing, and the new roofing material installed to manufacturer spec.
You don't have to. We cover landscaping, walkways, vehicles, and adjacent surfaces with plastic, drop cloths, masking paper, and tape, and we clean up at the end of every workday.
