Step 1
A real walk-through and a written proposal.
We walk the property with you, listen to what you actually want done, and write up an itemized proposal that names brands, colors, sheens, prep work, and coats. No vague "as-needed" language hiding scope creep.
Step 2
The prep no one likes to talk about.
Most exterior failures are prep failures. We pressure-wash, scrape, sand, caulk, repair stucco and wood, and prime every bare surface before any topcoat goes on. You're welcome to inspect the prep before we paint.
Step 3
Application that actually lasts.
Two coats of top-brand finish, applied the right way for the surface, sprayed and back-rolled on stucco, brushed where it matters. Daily clean-up. No drips on your driveway and no overspray on your neighbor's car.
Step 4
A walk-through before you pay a dollar.
