Bartley Corrigan Contractor is a family-owned, licensed California roofing contractor based in Palm Springs (CA License #743322). Leak repair, full re-roofs in tile, shingle, shake, and flat-roof systems, polyurethane foam, and Title-24 compliant cool roof coatings, all handled in-house.
You are not handed off to a sales rep, an estimator, or a project manager who disappears after the contract is signed. From the first call through the final walk-through, you talk to the same person, and that person is the contractor on your roof.
Every proposal is written, itemized, and signed in person: roofing system, underlayment, flashings, prep, warranty, and the final price, all spelled out before work begins. The number you sign is the number you pay.

Prep, then the roof
Tear-off, deck repairs, flashings, and seams done right before a single coat or tile goes down.

Walkthrough & sign-off
We walk the finished roof together and clean up completely. You pay when you are happy with it.
