Most Coachella Valley homes have at least one flat or low-slope roof section. We install full flat-roof systems, modified-bitumen, TPO, and built-up, with proper seam detailing, flashings, and drainage. Done right, a flat roof lasts decades in this climate.

Systems we install

• Modified-bitumen, torch-down and self-adhered
• TPO single-ply membranes
• Built-up roofing (BUR) with gravel topcoat
• White cap-sheets for built-in reflectivity
• Tie-ins to adjacent tile or shingle roof sections
• Parapet wall flashing and roof-edge metal

What gets included

Full tear-off where needed, inspection and replacement of any rotted decking, new underlayment, all new flashings, edge metal, scuppers and drains as required, and the new roofing material installed to manufacturer spec. Magnetic sweep and full clean-up at the end.

How long it takes

A typical single-family flat-roof section runs three to five working days. Larger or multi-section roofs run longer. We schedule around the temperature windows the manufacturer specifies so the seams cure properly.
