Architectural shingles are the most common roofing material in the country for a reason. They install fast, look clean, and have come a long way in the desert. We install full shingle roofs with proper underlayment, starter course, ridge venting, and full flashing.

What gets installed

• Full tear-off and disposal of the old roofing
• Inspection and replacement of any rotted decking
• New synthetic or 30-pound felt underlayment
• Drip edge, starter course, and ridge cap
• New step flashing, valley flashing, and pipe boots
• Architectural-grade shingles from the major manufacturers
• Ridge ventilation where the roof needs it

Which shingle and which warranty

We walk you through the actual product options before signing. Architectural shingles cost a bit more than three-tab but give you a far longer warranty and a more dimensional look. The exact product and color is named in your proposal.

How long it takes

Most single-family shingle roofs are torn off and re-installed in three to five working days, depending on complexity. We schedule around the weather so the underlayment is not exposed overnight.
