Our process

Every waterproofing job starts with a real diagnosis, where is the water actually coming from? We don't just slap mastic over the symptom. Once we know the source, we strip back failed material, repair the substrate, install bond coat or primer where needed, then apply a full multi-coat system rated for the surface and the exposure.

Products and systems

Walk-on deck coatings (Tex-Cote, Westcoat, and similar), liquid-applied membranes, urethane sealants at moving joints, and elastomeric coatings on stucco walls. We pick the system to match the surface, the traffic, and the slope, and we install it to manufacturer spec so the warranty actually means something.
